Pina Patel

Chief Financial Officer
Pina Patel is the Co-principal and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for I & A Development & Construction Hotels.  Pina is responsible for the company’s financial and accounting practices, tax planning, development financing, lending relationships, cash management, risk management, and budgeting.  She provides internal and external financial information to assist in establishing and implementing controls and facilitates strategic planning for the company. Mrs. Patel completed the Certified Hotel Owners Program through AAHOA.
